A Milton man with a history of drunken driving is accused of operating while under the influence of marijuana.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Walworth County Court, Whitewater Police stopped a vehicle driven by 51-year-old Christopher D. Wildes just after 3:00 a.m. on August 29th because he had a headlight out.
Whitewater Police say they found a glass pipe with residue jammed between the seats of the car and Wildes admitted to smoking marijuana six hour prior.
Wildes has five previous OWI convictions dating back to 1989.
