A 51-year-old Beloit man is under arrest on suspicion of fourth offense operating while intoxicated following a rollover crash.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy happened upon a single vehicle accident on southbound Highway 51 near West Terrington Drive just before 3:00 Sunday morning).
Investigators believe that a vehicle operated by James Heider lost control while negotiating curve, entered the ditch, and rolled over.
Heider was transported to an area hospital and later taken into to custody for drunken driving for the fourth time as well as an active warrant.
Heider is currently awaiting a court appearance in the Rock County Jail.
