Enrollment at Blackhawk Technical College may be on the rise. BTC spokesman Gary Kohn says efforts to create more flexible delivery models and schedules appears to be attracting more students. Kohn says recruiters are also spending more time in the high schools, illustrating the advantages of a technical education. As a result, overall enrollment went up 3% this year.
