A Waunakee developer takes the first steps in turning the cornfield behind Walmart and Sam’s Club into a new apartment complex.
Associate Planner Ryan Krzos says the City Council held first reading and referred two ordinances to the Plan Commission Monday night.
The ordinances both amend the City’s comprehensive plan, and re-zone to 10 acre subject property off of East Rotamer Road from single and two family residential to medium density residential.
The Plan Commission will review both items before they come back before the City Council for a public hearing on November 27th.
