The family of a murdered 33-year-old Racine woman, who’s body was dumped in Rock County more than six-years ago, may finally have some peace. Rock County Judge Michael Haakenson Wednesday morning found 53-year-old Keith Abbott guilty in the death of his stepson’s partner Kristin Miller. As part of the decision, Abbott withdrew his not guilty plea by reason of mental disease or defect, in favor of a conviction for Second Degree Intentional Homicide. Miller’s mother and sister have claimed Abbott was faking his mental illness. Abbott now faces up to 40-years behind bars
