With little more than a month before election day, Milton school officials are working to get the word out about their building referendum question. Superintendent Tim Schigur says district residents should be receiving a newsletter about the $69.9 million question to build a new high school and improve other facilities early this week. He says a video being prepared this week will soon be shared on social media and the district’s website. Staff are also being fully informed about the fundamentals of the referendum to help ensure a uniformed message. Schigur adds a community wide referendum informational open house is being planned for next week Wednesday night from 6:00 until 8:00 at the High School. The question will on the November 7th ballot.
