A 61-year-old Orfordville man is facing a charge of 5th Offense Operating While Intoxicated after a weekend accident. Janesville police say Paul S. Olsen was driving his motorcycle north on Center Avenue about 7:15 Saturday night, when he turned onto Rockport Road in front of another vehicle. Officers say he suffered only minor injuries, and didn’t need to be taken to the hospital. They do say he showed signs of impairment, and was also arrested for Operating a Motorcycle without a Valid Licence, or Insurance.
