Good police work might start with a cup of coffee. Rock County Sheriff’s Sergeant Troy Egger suggests anyone who’s never talked to an officer in the role of a regular person, should stop out for “Coffee with a Cop”. Egger says the goal is to break down the barriers of the “usual ” contacts with citizens. Rock County Deputies will be chatting from 7:30 til 10:30 Wednesday morning at the Wedge Inn East in Janesville, and Bagels and More and the Double B Cafe in Beloit.
