Janesville woman suspected of attempted homicide turns herself in

A 28-year-old Janesville woman faces charges of hit and run causing injury and attempted homicide after tuning herself in Sunday following a weekend on the run from police.
Janesville Police say Friday afternoon Arielle L. Landing was driving in the area of the 4000 block of Whitney Street Friday when she intentionally crossed the centerline to strike a pedestrian. She hit another vehicle in the process.
The pedestrian, who police have not identified is said to be in serious condition. The driver of te other vehicle was not hurt.
After fleeing the scene of the crash Janesville Police say Landing turned herself in Sunday afternoon and is awaiting a court appearance at the Rock county Jail.
