A proposed multi family housing development off of Rotamer Road in Janesville gets the ax from the Plan Commission.
More than two dozen residents turned out to the meeting (Monday) night – most of them opposed to the project.
After the Plan Commission unanimously denied a change to the comprehensive plan that would have made the project possible a second approval that would have rezoned the property was pulled from the agenda.
The project will not be forwarded to the City Council.
