Milton Police Chief Scott Marquardt’s been on the job for a little more than two years, but this week will be the first time he ever faces a review by the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Accreditation Group. Marquardt says he’s extraordinarily proud a department of this size is accredited, and it’s his goal to keep it. The department was actually accredited for the first time three years ago. Representatives from WILEAG will spend three days in Milton, and talk to interested residents Wednesday night at 5:00 o’clock during a public information session in the city council chambers.
