Janesville women sentenced on Operating While Intoxicated charges

A 46-year-old Janesville woman avoids serious prison time in an Operating While Intoxicated Causing Injury Case. Rock County Judge John Wood Tuesday morning outlined the injuries pedestrian Kenneth Clark suffered when hit by a car at 2:48 in the morning on Saturday March 4th.  Wood says Clark’s life was changed forever to say the least.  Prosecutors however weren’t sure they could prove drinking contributed to the accident and settled on a plea deal. Wood sentenced a publicly remorseful Michelle L. Kremske to probation and 45-days in jail, as well as license revocation and fines.
