Plans for a combined Janesville and Milton fire house, between the two cities, appear to be moving forward. Janesville Fire Chief Randy Banker tells Your Talk show on WCLO both communities are on board. The two departments agreed to share services last year, and just this month, Banker took over as fire chief for both cities.
