The gun store burglary trail of a 33-year-old Janesville man will have to wait until January. Defense Attorney Michael Murphy asked for the delay on behalf of Joseph Jakubowski in Rock County court Thursday morning. Murphy says a conviction in Rock County, could adversely affect Jakubowski’s December 20th sentencing on federal charges in the case. Murphy says preparing for the trial is also difficult because Jakubowski is being held by federal authorities in Dane County. Jakubowski is accused of burglarizing the Armageddon Gun shop in April, and sending a rambling manifesto to the President.
