Rock County children, who’ve been the victim of assault, abuse, or neglect have a safe place to tell their story. YWCA Executive Director Angela Moore says the “Care House” was established so children only had to tell their story once. The “Care House” is celebrating a renovation with an open house Tuesday night from 5:00 until 6:30 at its’ location on Conde Street in Janesville
