According to the Diversity Action Tam of Rock County boarding schools for Native American children, no matter what groups operated them, perpetrated extreme outrages against the children, their families, and their tribes.

Event Organizer Sharon Williams says this will be the focus of an upcoming program co-sponsored by the Beloit Public Library.

Williams says guest speakers from the program next Tuesday at 6:30 at the Beloit Public Library include Janet LaBrie, an instructor at UW-Rock County and UW-Waukesha, and Billy Bob Grahn, a member of Bad River Tribe on the shores of Lake Superior.

The free event will take place at the Beloit Public Library from 6:30 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 14th.
