An early morning traffic crash leads to the arrest of a 76-year-old Footville woman. Janesville police say Sharon J. Rowley hit a legally parked vehicle about about 1:00 a.m. Sunday in the 1700 block of South Willard Avenue. Officers say Rowley sustained non-life threatening injuries, but she did display signs of impairment by intoxicants. Rowley was arrested on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated 5th offense.
