The City of Janesville’s nearly 50-year-old City Hall gets a facelift in 2018.
Public Works Director Paul Woodard says City Hall will be getting a new roof, there will be HVAC modifications on the fourth floor, and there will be ventilation modifications on the first floor.
Other improvements include creating an office for City Council members to work, and an update of the City Council chambers.
The work is expected to begin this spring and be complete by City’s Hall’s 50th anniversary in August.
