A 45-year-old Janesville man is facing a 4th Operating While Intoxicated charge. Janesville police say Joseph K. Dremsa was pulled over a little after 2:00 o’clock Wednesday morning. Officers say they stopped his vehicle for weaving in the roadway and nearly striking a curb. Dremsa was also cited for having a suspended license. He was taken to the Rock County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
