The expansion of sewer service in the Town of Beloit is nearing completion. Town Administrator Ian Haas says planning for the project began a decade ago through an agreement with the city of Beloit. Haas says a $6 million loan from the State Trust Fund announced last week is the final piece of the funding puzzle.
