Rock County’s 911 dispatch center might be ahead of the curve when it comes to offering CPR coaching over the phone. Communications Director Kathy Sukus says they’ve been doing it for years. Two legislators are introducing a bill intended to help train 911 dispatchers state wide to be able to offer CPR coaching over the phone. Sukus says the local 911 center has a “Wall of Hearts” depicting each “save” dispatchers talked a caller through.
