A tale of intrigue is released in the criminal complaint about a shots fired incident at the Holiday Inn Express in Janesville a week ago Tuesday.  The suspect, 20-year-old LaToya L. Hill of Beloit is in the Rock County Jail under 30-thousand dollars bond.  The criminal complaint released Thursday indicates she arrived at the hotel with another woman.  That woman told police she believed Hill went there to exchange sex for cash.  The complaint says Hill went to a Canadian man’s room, used the bathroom, and came out with a gun.  A struggle ensued, a couple shots were fired, and the two ended up in the hall, where another guest, dressed only in boxer shorts, helped wrestle the gun away.  The complaint continues Hill then fled, but was taken into custody Sunday in South Beloit.  Hill is charged with robbery by use of force and first-degree recklessly endangering safety by use of a weapon.
