Honduran man found living in Janesville charged with illegally entering the United States

A 31-year-old resident of Honduras who had been living in Rock County is among three immigrants charged in federal court with illegally entering the United States.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Madison, Luis Alberto Torres-Diaz was found living in Janesville on December 17th of last year after having previously been deported.
In unrelated cases, a 41-year-old Mexican man found living in Whitehall and a 31-year-old Honduran man found living in Madison face the same charge.
If found guilty of the charge, all three man face up to two years in federal prison.
The charges are the result of investigations by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
