Beloit police are investigating a shots fired incident overnight. Officers say they received phone calls of several shots being fired a little before midnight in the 800 block of Wisconsin Avenue. Investigators did find several shell casings in the 700 and 800 blocks, but didn’t find anything struck. No one has been reported injured. Officers planned to return to the area after daybreak.
