Woman arrested with Janesville murder suspect faces a charge in Rock County

The woman arrested in a stolen vehicle in Missouri with a 21-year-old homeless man accused of stabbing a Janesville woman to death is finally facing charges in Rock County.
24-year-old Nicole Kazar had faced a charge of tampering with a stolen vehicle in Missouri, however it was dropped.
Kazar is now charged in Rock County with operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent.
Authorities do not believe she was involved in the death of 43-year-old Christine Scaccia-Lubeck.
Julian Collzo appeared in Rock County Court earlier this week on an adjourned initial appearance and is due back in court for his preliminary hearing on February 2nd.
