The city of Janesville is looking to preserve some of the history from the former General Motors Manufacturing plant. City Manager Mark Freitag tells Your Talk Show on WCLO the property’s new owners, Commercial Development Corporation, were kind enough to allow an inspection this week. Freitag says members of the city, Rock County Historical Society, and ARISE downtown redevelopment art committee took a tour looking for artifacts Tuesday.
