The name of a third victim, in a weekend crash on I-43 near Clinton, has been released. The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department reports 26-year-old Delandis J. McKinney was taken to a local hospital and died as a result of injuries in the crash. The State Patrol says the accident early Sunday morning began when a semi struck a slow moving SUV in the right southbound lane, and then was hit by a pick-up. 26-year-old Cecilio Rodriguez Jr. of Beloit and 26-year-old Hesham M. Abdelrahim of Beloit were pronounced dead at the scene.
