A 21-year-old Beloit man dies from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle traffic crash Sunday in Green County.
The sheriff’s office reports Colton P. Van Marter was traveling south on County T and failed to stop at the stop sign on Highway 81 in the Town of Spring Grove.
A vehicle driven by 52-year-old Robin Smith of Beloit broad sided Van Marter’s vehicle.
Investigators say Van Marter was not wearing a seatbelt and was med flighted to U-W Hospital in Madison where he later died.
Smith suffered non-life threatening injuries.
