Janesville police are investigating a burglary of a gun shop on the city’s north side. Lieutenant Tim Hiers says officers responded to CTR Firearms, which is also an automotive shop, on Woodlane Drive just after midnight Tuesday. Hiers says money was stolen, but no guns. Investigators have video surveillance to review, and are also sharing information with the Rock County Sheriff’s Office as part of an investigation into a burglary at Armageddon Supply Monday night, where seven hand-guns were stolen.
