Residents in Milton might get a little tax help thanks to unprecedented growth in the city’s equalized value. City Administrator Al Hulick says the total is more than $27 million last year alone.  Hulick says the growth includes 15 new housing starts, more than a dozen new businesses, and several industrial expansion projects. He adds, the latest numbers don’t include the industrial Diamond Assets project that broke ground last winter, or the Badger State Maintenance project which started in the summer. The numbers also do not include a new 33 single family home subdivision expected to begin construction in the spring.
