A 52-year-old Janesville man is facing Operating While Intoxicated, and other drug related charges, after an accident on the city’s west side. Police say Alan L. Boley lost control of a truck and hit the guardrail on the Bell Richard Bridge about 1:30 Sunday afternoon. Officers say he showed signs of intoxication and was arrested on charges including OWI 4th Offense and Possession of THC.
