The Janesville School District may be making a name for itself in business education. Parker High School Marketing Teacher John Zimmerman says 31 students from Parker and Craig High Schools have qualified to compete at the state DECA competition. Zimmerman says the district works closely with local businesses in developing practical curriculum. Zimmerman says Janesville ranks in the top ten-percent of the state for the business and marketing competition.
