Janesville police are looking for whoever popped off a few rounds Monday night in a neighborhood on the near southwest side. Police say several residents reported hearing gunshots around 7:30 p.m. in the vicinity of the 300 block of South Academy Street. Officers say they found seven shell casings, and one house was struck. Police say a bullet went through a window and lodged in a wall. No one has been reported hurt, and no suspects are in custody.
