Roosevelt Elementary School in Janesville has a new principal. The school board Tuesday night approved Stacy Petersen for the job. Peterson had been principal at Roosevelt from 2009 to 2013, before serving as principal of the Madison Country Day School from 2013 to 2017. Petersen most recently taught Title One Reading at Jefferson Elementary in Janesville. Her annual salary will be slightly more than $100 thousand.
