The Rock County Court is ready to review the Town of Beloit’s petition to incorporate as a village. Town Administrator Ian Haas says a public hearing is planned before Judge Barbara McCrory on March 5th. Haas says if the application meets the requirements of state statute, it’ll be forwarded to the Wisconsin Department of Administration review board.
