After 11 days out on the Traxler Park Lagoon, the Blackhawk Golden K Kiwanis “Truck on Ice” contest is officially over.
Spokesman Glen Disrude says the Suburban sunk sometime Sunday in the late afternoon or early evening.
Disrude says once the truck is pulled from the water he’ll be able to check the clock to see the exact time the truck sank. The person who guessed the closest time wins $3000. 14 others win smaller cash prizes of $100 and $250.
