Road rage leads to arrest

An 18-year-old Delavan man is facing charges after an alleged road-rage incident over the weekend.  The Rock County Sheriff’s Office reports receiving a belated shots fired complaint about 3:30 a.m. Sunday.  Officials say an investigation determined a motorist shot at another vehicle near North Harmony Town Hall and East Wilcox roads in Janesville.   The sheriff’s office says the incident started on Milton Avenue in Janesville and continued north on Highway 26 to North Harmony Town Hall Road, where both vehicles turned south, and the unidentified victim says once near East Wilcox Road, the shooter passed the victim and began shooting at the victim’s vehicle.  Jamie L. Blair of Delavan, was arrested on a felony charge of first-degree recklessly endangering safety.
