A 30-year-old Elkhorn man is under arrest after authorities say he tried to arrange an encounter with an underage girl.
The Walworth County Sheriff’s Office says Detectives assigned to the Wisconsin Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Lawrence C. Hisel Junior just before 11:30 Tuesday morning in the 800 block of Gorman Street.
Hisel was taken to the Walworth County Jail on suspicion of representations depicting nudity, use of a computer to facilitate a sex crime, and a sex offender registration violation.
