An accused member of the Felony Lane Gang arrested in Janesville last week makes her initial appearance in Rock County Court.
Prosecutor Katherine Buker asked for a $20,000 cash bond for 36-year-old Theresa Bryson of Oklahoma on charges of identity theft and uttering a forgery.
Bryson was arrested last week after attempting to cash a stolen check at a bank in Janesville. She was driving a stolen vehicle with stolen license plates and was in possession of checks stolen from two other Wisconsin victims.
Court Commissioner Larry Barton sided with the prosecution and set bail at $20,000.
Bryson is due back in court Friday.
