An increase in mortgage rates doesn’t appear to be having much of an impact on the sales price of homes in Rock County. Rock-Green Realtors Association President Ben Shult says year-to-date prices are up more than 30% compared to the same time last year. Shult attributes the price increase to a lack of homes on the market, which can be seen in the number of sales, which are down slightly from the same time last year.
