The 28-year-old Janesville man apprehended in Beloit over the weekend after fleeing from a traffic stop, striking two vehicles, and injuring four people makes his first appearance in Rock County Court.
At Giorgio M. Beard’s initial appearance, Prosecutor Jodi Dabson-Bollendorf argued for a high cash bail.
Beard is charged with attempting to flee a traffic officer, second degree recklessly endangering safety, and hit and run causing great bodily harm.
