A 55-year-old Janesville man faces a charge of fifth-offense intoxicated driving. A criminal complaint indicates a police officer stopped Tony C. Ace at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday after an officer saw him squeal his tires as he turned west from Milton Avenue onto Memorial Drive. Authorities say Ace continued to drive erratically and turned south on Prairie Avenue before stopping. During an initial court appearance Monday, Ace was held on a $500 cash bond and ordered not to drive or drink until his case is completed.
