The Parkview School District’s flourishing agricultural program is expected to grow even more with the addition of the first-ever greenhouse at the Junior/Senior High School.
Superintendent Steve Lutze says a groundbreaking ceremony will take place Wednesday, April 4th at 6:30 p.m.
Lutzke says in the past the agricultural program have struggled in the winter months because of the inability to practice horticulture.
The FFA alumni and student FFA organization obtained a $25,000 grant for the project and the remainder of the $90,000 cost is being funded by the district.
