Janesville police arrest a 43-year-old man on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated 7th Offense. Officers say they found Antonio M. Alvarez about 1:30 Monday morning asleep at the wheel, with the engine running and the headlights on, in the 400 block of South Academy Street. Officer say Alvarez displayed signs of impairment and submitted to a standardized field sobriety test. He was also detained on two arrest warrants through the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office.
