A 46-year-old Janesville man, accused of drunk driving, may have been within sight of the Rock County Sheriff’s Office when he was pulled over Friday night. The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy stopped Joseph Dremsa in the area of West Highway 14 and North Highway 51 for a traffic violation. The deputy says he could detect the odor of intoxicants. This is Dremsa’s 4th arrest for operating while Under the Influence of Intoxicants.
