A 58-year-old Deerfield man is expected to be in Rock County Court Monday afternoon to face drunk driving charges. The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says Bruce A Hefel was arrested around midnight Saturday in the town of Fulton. A deputy reports detecting the odor of intoxicants coming from the driver during a traffic stop on East Highway 59 near the Interstate. Officials say a check of DOT records indicate this is Hefel’s fourth arrest for OWI. Hefel was also cited for Open Intoxicants.
