The Janesville Police Department is keeping it’s budget in the cross-hairs by organizing a sniper school for law enforcement students from a number of states. Sergeant Mark Ratzlaff says by hosting the class, some students from Janesville can attend for free. Officers from places as far away as Missouri and British Columbia are taking part in classes this week at the departments firing range on Reed Road.
