Janesville police are asking the public’s help in identifying a suspect from a late night robbery at Walmart. Sergeant Brian Vaughn says a man pried a woman’s wallet from her hands as they left the store shortly after midnight Tuesday. Vaughn says the robbery appears to be a crime of opportunity. He says the suspect can be seen jumping into a silver vehicle with a possible partial license plate containing the letters ACJ.
