The family of 82-year-old Paul Miller wants some answers. Miller died two days after a February 26th ride in a Rock County Transit van. He recounted the events in a video recording taken at the hospital, where he claimed his wheelchair was not properly secured and tipped over when the driver punched the gas on a sharp right turn. Two vertebrae in his back were broken. His son tells the Gazette the county or whoever’s responsible ought to review their training program. A lawsuit has been filed against the county.
