Blackhawk Technical College has signed a transfer partnership agreement with UW-Whitewater to help business students at the two-year school, complete a bachelors degree at a four-year college. BTC President Tracy Pierner says it’s more about student’s knowledge, skills, and ability, than the territorial interests of an individual school. Pierner says the plan also offers a more economic path for success in a world of ever escalating costs for education.
